Class Booking Policies - Please read before class pack purchase.

-All class packs activate on the date of class pack purchase date.
-Cancellation policy: for group class is 12 hrs. for private class is 24 hrs.
-Cancellations for group classes has to be made via the cancel button on your web profile rather than whatsapp or email, to maintain clarity.
- Group class cancellations made < 12 hrs will result in lost of credit. No shows will result in lost of credit.

Special Points: Private 1:1. Private 1:2, Private Group Sessions

-Appointments shall be made via WhatsApp at +852 60126973. (No calls), for backtrack of communication record.
-Cancellations for private sessions should be made with us via WhatsApp.
-Cancellations or rescheduling of privates within 24 hrs cannot be catered, due to time reserved with teacher.
-In case of rescheduling due to medical reasons, we accept the presentation of doctor’s certification for class rebooking.
