Sometimes we struggle alot with our daily posture, with too much curling towards the front of our chests, tensing up muscles, and at the same time lacking thoracic mobility, leading to pain such as lower back pain.

We have a lot of exercise options on TT, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel which help you to stay balanced, and as well stretch and build small muscle groups at the same time.
