Studio Disclaimer

1. I understand that by purchasing class packs on the CASA.WELLNESS class booking system or attending classes in CASA studios, these terms and conditions shall apply to my participation in all future exercises and activities hosted by CASA Wellness Limited, without limitation any future attendance at such activities held within any facilities under this company.

2. I acknowledge full responsibility for the participation of any training classes or activities at my sole risk, and participate in the classes or exercises in accordance with my own judgement of my physical condition. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination or receive a medical clearance from my private physician prior to starting an exercise training program. This program is not designed for persons with known heart disease with or without functional impairment.

3. I shall abide by any rules and regulations for the use of the equipment and facility.

4. I am aware that there exists the possibility of certain conditions occurring during or following training and/or exercises. These include but are not limited to: senses of tiredness, muscle pain, mild headedness or headaches, fainting, increased energy, mood changes, abnormalities of blood pressure or heart rate, ineffective heart function and in rare instances, heart attack or stroke. The reaction of the cardiovascular system to such activities cannot be predicated with complete accuracy.

5. I also understand that I should stop exercising immediately if I detect pain, dizziness or discomfort in any forms during the course of the exercise program.

6. It is expressively agreed that I have been informed that the program involves possible risks and all exercises shall be undertaken at my sole risk and that, save for active or passive instructors, nor the officers, directors, shareholders, apprentices, student teachers, independent contractors, employees, landlord, members, volunteer or agents of any of these, nor the equipment manufacturers, shall be liable to me or any other person, for any claims, demands, injuries, illness, damages, actions or causes of action whatsoever to my person or property arising out of or connected with the services, facilities and exercise classes to the maximum extent permissible by law.

7. I understand that the studio is eligible to take any picture during my presence, for any digital or marketing use.

8. I affirms that I myself is of legal age or is a parent or adult guardian representing a person under the age of 18 for the use of the equipment and facilities.
